Returns
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box, which must be unmarked and undamaged.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Return Process:

- Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- Ship the item(s) to the return address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds:
- Items returned in damaged or worn condition may be eligible for partial refunds at our discretion.
- Shipping Costs:

Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
