Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
    • Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box, which must be unmarked and undamaged.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Sale or clearance items.
    • Gift cards.
    • Customized or personalized products.
  3. Return Process:

    • Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
    • Ship the item(s) to the return address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  2. Partial Refunds:
    • Items returned in damaged or worn condition may be eligible for partial refunds at our discretion.
  3. Shipping Costs:
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
